Returns and refunds

We want you in something you love. If it is not right, here is how we make it right.

14-day returns. You can return unworn, unwashed apparel and unused accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. No restocking fee.

Free replacement for any defect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email a photo to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost. No return shipment is needed for a damaged or defective item.

Digital music. Downloads cannot be returned once the download link has been delivered, since the file cannot be given back. If a download will not play or you cannot access it, email us and we will make it right.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post it.

Your statutory rights. Where the law of your country or state gives you rights that cannot be waived, including any right to cancel a distance purchase, those rights apply, and nothing in this policy limits them.
